Beijing Classic - Group Tour (No Shopping) - 1 Day

9:00  Meet the guide at NUO Hotel Beijing. Then pay a visit to Imperial Ancestral Temple, where during both the Ming and Qing Dynasties, sacrificial ceremonies were held on the most important festival occasions in honor of the imperial family's ancestors.

09:30-13:30  4-hour sightseeing in the Forbidden City (UNESCO), where the 24 emperors of the Ming and the Qing Dynasties ruled for nearly 500 years (1420-1911). Experience the architectural splendor of the palaces, ceremonial courtyards and private quarters.

14:00  Refresh yourself with lunch at a traditional restaurant, then venture to Beihai Royal Garden. Wander amid the botanical beauty of the surrounding grounds and explore the temples and art pieces that are dotted around the park. The walking tour ends when we reach the renowned typical Beijinger’s residence area, the“Hutongs”. (Optional tour: Old Beijing Hutong Rickshaw Tour).

16:30  End the trip at Shichahai area.
